Shipping & Returns

ORDERING

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address the order was placed under. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Klarna. We also accept payments via Bank Transfer/Deposit for Nigerian Naira ONLY.

SHIPPING RATES & TIME

All House of Adin deliveries require a signature upon acceptance.

For the UK, all merchandise is dispatched within 3 business days and arrives within a further 1 -2 business days.

For international deliveries, all merchandise is dispatched within 3 business days and arrives within a further 2 - 4 business days.

House of Adin offers free UK shipping on orders £75 and over, and free international shipping on orders £150 and over. 

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your item and a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@houseofadin.com

CUSTOMS

We advise our customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and House of Adin is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.

RETURNS

We hope you love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you’ve got 14 days to request a return and 30 days to get this back to us from the date your order is delivered. 

All returns must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Please note that we do not cover shipping cost for return. You are responsible for your own return process and any fees incurred during this process.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (without signs of wear and with all tags, packaging, and dust bags, included.) Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of House of Adin.

Due to hygiene-related reasons, earrings may not be returned.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges, all ordered items will need to be returned and another order made for the item you wish to replace it with.
